The hotel was luxury and the location was marvellous very close to the town centre and the Parque San Francisco, Charles Darwin street and the entrance to the breathtaking Tortuga Bay and the center of town and the grocery store. Friendly and very attentive staff and everything was really good. We had brand-new and nicely decorated room with exceptionally comfortable pillows and bed. The breakfast was delicious and lovely, they make a lot of meals. German Beach was very close to the property, really enjoyed its location close to turtle beach.

I recently stayed at Hotel Santa Fe in the Galapagos Islands for 10 days and had a fantastic time. The hotel's layout was great, with spacious rooms and a balcony overlooking the pool. Its location was perfect - close enough to the main part of town, yet peaceful and quiet. I especially loved how convenient it was to access Tortuga Bay. The breakfast was delicious, and the front desk staff were incredibly helpful. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Excellent location, close to Tortuga Bay and downtown, without any noise. The room was very nice and clean, with daily cleaning services. The air conditioning worked well. The breakfast, although not a buffet, was good with a variety of options. highly recommended place to stay.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to lots of good restaurants. It's also close to turtle beach and very close to downtown, making it easy to explore the area without any noise from the city. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms are nice. The service is friendly and helpful, as seen by the receptionist offering assistance with bank wire transfers and laundry. The breakfast is good, with options like eggs, coffee, bread, cheese, sausage. The outdoor swimming pool is a refreshing feature, and they even provide free snorkeling equipment.

There is no telephone in the room, which means no option to communicate with the reception without going to the desk.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Santa Fe for 3 nights, celebrating a friend's birthday. The junior suite was beautiful and the staff were incredibly friendly. They even surprised our friend with a personalized complimentary gift! The hotel had great dining and drink recommendations, and the mini bar in the suite was included with free tea and coffee by the pool. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel staff were very helpful. We also appreciated the daily room cleaning and fresh towels, as well as the convenient location near the main streets and restaurants.

This place is fantastic! We had a wonderful stay here. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the city center with plenty of great restaurants. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a minibar. The sitting area and terrace were great for relaxing, and the garden furniture added a nice touch. The toiletries provided were high quality, and the flat-screen TV was a nice addition. The dining options were great, with in-room breakfast and a snack bar available. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The swimming pool was a refreshing oasis, and the outdoor sun terrace was a great place to soak up the sun. We also enjoyed the leisure and TV room, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The Wi-Fi worked well, and the luggage storage was convenient. we highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

Great location close to town center and Tortuga Bay entrance, modern rooms with AC and fridge, and pool for relaxation. the half-day transfer + tour of the highlands is highly recommended and the day tours to nearby islands make the experience hassle-free.

Basic breakfast with ants on bananas and shower in our room overflowed and flooded the bedroom. Despite the cleanliness and friendly staff, the basic breakfast and shower issues suggest that it might not be worth the price.
